I would like to be able to give Rezzy a directive to ONLY respond if the guest message matches a specific directive.
For example, I’d like Rezzy to step in and provide a link to an urgent contact form if the guest is reporting an urgent matter (ie lockout, utility failure, leak, etc).
I can setup a Directive for Rezzy to watch for these types of messsages and provide the urgent contact info in those situations - that works great.
but I’d like to be able to tell Rezzy to be silent in all other non urgent situations instead of needing to have it enabled to chat about anything all the time just to handle urgent requests.
To be clear - I’ve already implemented the urgent contact form on our web site, and have Rezzy enabled during off hours to provide the link to it if there’s an urgent issue. All I’m asking for is the ability to direct Rezzy to remain silent unless the guest message matches one of my pre determined directives.
