Saved Quote Templates — reusable quotes with preset charges, discounts, and booking rules

Please add the ability to save a quote as a reusable template.

Today, whenever we build the same kind of custom quote repeatedly, we have to rebuild everything from scratch each time — the charge lines, the discount (in the correct position), the cancellation policy, and the payment rules. For us the recurring case is non-refundable rate offers, but this applies to any repeatable quote type: multi-unit split stays, seasonal packages, long-stay deals, etc.

A saved "Quote Template" that pre-loads:
- charge line items (rent, cleaning, surcharges),
- discounts placed correctly (e.g., a Rent Only discount positioned so it actually calculates on rent only),
- the cancellation policy (e.g., non-refundable), and
- first/second payment rules (e.g., Everything Due Upfront),

...and then lets us spin up a new quote from it by just swapping the guest and dates — would save real time and prevent errors.

This pairs naturally with the existing request for a non-refundable option in the inquiry/booking widget:

Until guest-selectable non-refundable rates exist, a quote template would at least let hosts offer them efficiently. Right now we have to re-enter the rent-only discount as a fixed dollar amount on every manual quote, because when added as a percentage it calculates against the total of all charges above it (per the Charges grid) rather than rent only — so it can't be trusted to stay rent-only without manual placement each time.

Even a lightweight version — "save this quote's charges + rules as a template" and "new quote from template" — would be a significant workflow win.
