I exclusively use ownerrez inbox for guest communications, and will go days without logging into airbnb itself. I have missed messages directly from airbnb support because I forget that the OwnerRez inbox doesn't surface those. Please find a way to show messages directly from Airbnb Support in the OwnerRez messaging inbox.
