The settings for staff member access should be way more flexible. I’m currently facing an issue where I would like my staff member in a specific region to have access to smart reviews so she can see them and make changes after each guest if need be. However I can’t provide access because I would have to give her full access to see smart reviews, and then her inbox would be cluttered with messages and guest information from another city. I really hate features like this that are created without having the user in mind. There is no viable workaround. If I had to redesign this feature, the user can select relevant properties for a staff member, then see a checklist of features they can give access to ie reviews, reports, inquiries, etc. at the top of this list there would be a “select all.” The other general issue with this page is that as the user, I don’t know what I’m “giving” when I select “full access.” A checkable list is straightforward and provides flexibility.
