Now that we can rate Vrbo guests on OwnerRez and these ratings now sync with Vrbo, when do we get to respond to Vrbo guest reviews on OwnerRez and have those responses sync with Vrbo?
Hey Scott - We've verified that if a guest leaves a review on the Vrbo platform, when it syncs to OwnerRez, you can respond to that review from OwnerRez and your response will sync back to Vrbo. We'll close this feature request since it is currently working.
