Tracking blocked time

Currently there is no way to track blocked off time for owners use and/or for maintenance. I am suggesting that you make some adjustments to the reporting so that when a property is blocked off by the owner, you can run a report and search on a column and identify the property and dates of that block time. For owners with multiple properties that are using them for some personal use. It’s very difficult to find what they have blocked for future use

I have to agree, this is a very important filter and report  that we have no visibility of.  Most of the time I use blocked time for book direct guests.  There is no quick way for me to get an accurate read on how many book direct guests that I have.

Thanks for submitting this request back in 2023! I'm doing some clean up in the forums surrounding the fairly new Owner Bookings feature we've added and ran across this one.

With Owner Bookings now available, you / your owners are no longer limited to blocking off time for personal use. More on that here: https://www.ownerrez.com/support/articles/owner-bookings 

You can export the information you're looking for by exporting your Bookings List view.

To do this, go to the Bookings tab in the OwnerRez menu bar, then select List on the far right (assuming you're not already in List view).

Once you're on the List view, use the Filter option to tell the system what booking type, date ranges, property, etc. you'd like to sort by. 

Next, use the Export button to export that file. You can either download to Excel using the Export button alone, or use the dropdown arrow to choose your file preference.
