Allowing owners to create their own bookings through the Team Access Portal to reserve their property for personal use gives them the full guest experience. OwnerRez provides Owner Booking capability in the Team Access Portal for Property Management (PM) premium feature users, allowing them to grant owners permission to view, add, edit, and cancel their own owner bookings on their Portal calendar.
Owner bookings are visually distinguished on your booking calendars, includes regular booking surcharges and taxes, messaging and trigger support and are excluded from occupancy statistics reporting by default. Damage Protection is not available for owner bookings.
Team Access

When saved, the new owner bookings appear on the ribbon calendar when hovered over. Need to find your owner bookings? PMs can filter by Booking Type in the Calendar List View.
Each owner booking includes all regular booking surcharges and taxes (if applicable) in the Booking > Charges tab.

For full functionality, messaging triggers now include a Booking Type Condition to target Owner bookings.

Users can add Conditions to apply Discounts and Surcharges to Owner Bookings by including a Booking Type Condition that targets Owner Bookings.
