Please Integrate with Xero accounting.
Great software and a second option would be great.
Something like this would take months if not a year to implement.

Don’t think they ever do it! Been waiting for this for 6 years now and the more busy doing new integration that i will never use
I have just started to write my own using the APIs of both. Still in testing but it is suiting my needs but needs more work.

Can the Devs respond to this? It looks like people have been asking for this for 6 years. I've used xero for 10 days and already find it superior to quickbooks. It looks like integration with Xero can confirmed in development and then just fell off the radar.

Most of the integrations you see announced week by week are built by the partner, not by us. We mostly just test, certify, and help them make it official if they pass certain benchmarks. The integrations that are built in-house by us tend to be for larger platforms like Avalara taxes, Schlage locks, and Marriott Homes & Villas. Avalara and Schlage were both finished last year. MHV is in active development as we speak.
Xero is a tricky one. While the community of votes has grown here, it's been a drop in the bucket compared to the deafening roar of requests over on the QuickBooks side. Personally, I'm with you - Xero is the better accounting platform. However, we need to get our QB integration in order - which the hood is up on - before thinking about another huge accounting integration. It's been slow going, and for that I apologize. But it's not for lack of interest or awareness about what people are asking for.
If you think nothing useful is going on, I would encourage you to read the Product Update blog post that comes out each month for the massive amount of work being put out every week. It's an eye-watering write-up! 😵💫

Hi Paul ,thanks for the reply as for the email , not sure how and why but every time you guys announce need integration we get some email direct for this sofware asking us to try! They most receive our email from your side. As for Xero , well i been we ownerrez for 6 years and i haven't use or been interested in any new partner since then ! i am still waiting for this Xero integration, QBO is Brutal to work with
I can confirm I receive a lot of direct emails from "partners" who know I use ownerrez. I don't think it is all of them just finding ownerrez hosted sites.
I have been working on some of my own sync to Xero, need to put somemore focus on it.
They must receive our email from your side.
They do not.
If you read those blog posts we wrote about it a couple years ago, there are some people on there who talk about how they get lists like that. There are a number of methods. We are approached by data vendors all the time asking us if we want to buy lists of Guesty customers and everyone else.
Regardless of how they get it, it isn't from us.
