I want to send a personal email a few days before the anniversary of the date a previous guest booked a last minute getaway (arrival 0-60days) IF they have not already booked - no future reservations?
Here is my trigger but how do I only send to previous guests who have no FUTURE reservations??

Messages to past guests can only be sent up to 30 days after they've departed. If it's more than 30 days past their departure date, you won't be able to send them an email in OwnerRez, so your trigger wouldn't work. If you wanted to send it from OwnerRez, you'd want to set it to send 30 days or less after departure.
While the triggers don't have a condition to send it only to past guests with no reservations, a possible workaround is to use tags. While it most likely won't work for past guests, you can use this for any new guests going forward, and specify where you'd like to send the email. You could create a tag that can be added to their reservation, and triggers should have the optoin to add a condition based on tags. This way, the trigger would only be sent to bookings with the tag.
