Any update on this? according to my calculation Airbnb shows 17% tax whereas combined tax (TN Sales, County Sales, County Lodging) should be 12.75%. I only have 3% county lodging tax defined on API.

Just be careful with this. If you do not refund in full, vrbo will keep their booking fee. Expect customer service calls and chargebacks.

as far as I know OR is a monthly charge whether you have bookings or not. To have no charge you should have made your properties inactive.
