I recently looked into creating a zap for Schlage and it's not available. You could create a zap if you use the Remote lock integration though.

Feature Requests » Send the POC form alone when no Legal Agreement is required

It would be awesome to have this feature available in OwnerRez.  I don't want to force my guests to sign a rental agreement when they have booked through an OTA.
