    I'm seeing frequent broken rental agreement links in the emails sent to Airbnb guests after booking. This probably happens with every 5th guest or so, and when they click on the rental agreement link it takes them to an Xfinity page with a 404 Not Found message. Any idea why this could be a spotty but recurring problem, and how I can fix it?

    In what way is this not working?  The recurring seasons don't sort that way, of course, because they don't have a proper beginning or end.  But if you disregard those, the rest do appear to be in descending order, as they should be.

    The easiest way to do this is to create a recurring dates season from 1/1 to 12/31 and call it "Standard". Then whatever rates you set up for that season will be used when no other seasons apply.

    There's no function for recurring blocks - you'd need to set up a separate block for each year.

    yes there is . I usually define it as recurring rate that is valid from jan 1 thru Dec 31, and give it lowest priority, like 1. I give mine the name "standard". So all other seasons you have defined with higher priorities will take precedence over default rate for their respective date periods. if there is not specific season defined for given period, it will use default "standard" rates.
