    Setting up booking.com with a bear. I put in 7 properties and I had to repeat some stuff over and over again. But where I want the money deposited and the fact of Summer on the same building etc etc. And sometimes I selected amenities or other features and I go back in and they were unchecked so I had to redo it.

    ...fore arrival. They've got a pretty rich settings section for that, so some folks will do 30% nonrefundable on booking, the remainder 30 days before arrival, cancellation until 30 days before arrival, stuff like that.

    We don't have the e-commerce stuff hooked up, but it's something we could add. What are you looking for there, exactly? A transaction sent on booking confirm page, with items for each charge lineitem?

    ....com email address and all emails are sent from it. Then, when guests reply, their email goes back into our system and we track both inbound and outbound emails against the guest. There is a lot of stuff to cover here including a much more robust guest/contact system so it won't be coming for awhile.

    I think there's a misunderstanding - you'd subscribe to VR Scheduler or Resort Cleaning, integrate that account with OwnerRez, and then set up your cleaners with accounts to log in to those systems, which offer those features. They don't have to do any fancy tech stuff.

    Yep, Airbnb's got a bit of a hodgepodge going now, stuff they've added over time. They're working on sorting it out, but that's a longer process, particularly them making changes and then making those new methods available via API.

    I am having issues where my internet /wifi info is not available in AirBNB nor is my guest manual. It be great if you just had one long page where all this stuff was added. I have people asking me to send them wifi instructions constantly.
