Would be curious how they charge before engaging with them. Thank you in advance if anyone has comments or thoughts.

Agree. Is there a compelling reason to change from what we use now?

I have contacted them and Sam was super helpful. They don't have an option yet to do Sex Offender background lists so I'll need to stay with TRUVI for that for now until the update that feature, as we need that for the city we have our listing in. They have varying $$ amounts and they will send that info to you if you can't do a call. I was most interested as when I had a small claim with TRUVI they wanted a receipt for my sheets, which I didn't have. Also, they wanted to only send me the bottom sheets. They did finally pay it but told me I would need a receipt of the purchase next time. I checked with Sam and he said that would not be required for them. This is why I changed.
