TripSkip never touches the payment and never takes a cut of the booking. Hosts pay one flat annual membership fee instead, starting at $49 per year, and connect their OwnerRez account to publish the listings they already manage there.

- Growth, $199 per year, up to 50 active listings.
- Pro, $399 per year, up to 99 active listings.
- Enterprise, custom pricing for portfolios of 100 listings and up, with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and white-label options.
