What started with three homes and no prior experience has grown into a successful business built around her love of working with people and helping families find the perfect place for their vacation.

With a background in finance, tech, and real estate, Ryan has built a successful management business that includes short-term and long-term rentals, as well as commercial properties across California. His approach centers on maintaining high occupancy and delivering a superior product to his guests, using OwnerRez to streamline his daily operations.
After settling in Florida, Cecilia Ghilardotti turned her love for the coast and her diverse professional background into Maven Vacation Rentals. Starting with a single duplex and growing through word of mouth, she has built a small, curated portfolio focused on care and consistency.
Meet Susan Townsend, founder of Mountainside Treasures. Since 2005, she’s grown her business from a single condo at Jay Peak to nearly 30 properties across Vermont and Utah, giving her guests the wonderful opportunity to experience the joy of getting into the mountains.
