Add Rezzy sentiment as a trigger condition

Please add Rezzy sentiment as a trigger condition. I'd like to trigger internal emails when a guest's stay is marked with negative sentiment, but right now that option does not exist.

Hey Alece,

We agree! There's room for some cool adds here now that sentiment is a thing. We'll be adding the following:

  • Booking-level field code for sentiment value (eg. angry, sad, etc)
  • Condition to booking triggers for sentiment value
  • Booking trigger event for when sentiment value changes

These should move into QA in the next few weeks. We'll keep you posted.

Released this week!

You can now use Rezzy AI sentiment in booking triggers. Add it as a condition to filter when messages send, trigger on sentiment changes with a new immediate event, and pull the current sentiment value into templates with the {BSEN} field code. Any triggers that depend on sentiment will automatically disable if Rezzy AI is turned off.
