Please add Rezzy sentiment as a trigger condition. I'd like to trigger internal emails when a guest's stay is marked with negative sentiment, but right now that option does not exist.

You can now use Rezzy AI sentiment in booking triggers. Add it as a condition to filter when messages send, trigger on sentiment changes with a new immediate event, and pull the current sentiment value into templates with the {BSEN} field code. Any triggers that depend on sentiment will automatically disable if Rezzy AI is turned off.
