Add "something else" as an option on Airbnb review tags (to align with Airbnb's own tag options)

When leaving anything under 5 stars on an Airbnb review, the system requires we select one of the "reason" tags. Unfortunately, none of the ones shown under House Rules or even Communication are accurate to my situation. If I were to enter the review directly on Airbnb, the tag options include a "Something else" option in all categories. PLEASE make that an option within OR as well, for all category tags.

Thanks for flagging this one for us! We're looking to make an update and implement this so that there should be a similar option in OwnerRez.

Hi Alece,

This was actually a bug report. It should be fixed now and you should see Something Else as an option.

Awesome! Wish I would have flagged this for y'all ages ago -- ha! I appreciate the quick fix!
