I have secondary waivers/agreements that are sent by triggers based on property and criteria after the rental agreement is signed and an email is on file. They are very important waivers that allow access to amenities and without signing- no access. I would LOVE to be able to quickly see if those have been signed by the guest after they have been sent. It is so clunky having to go into the rental agreement tab and check then make a tag that tells me signed or not signed. A lot of extra time goes into that when it would be so easy to see it in the requirements.
I do not want that red alert on my chart at all.
Bookings coming from Airbnb and VRBO (Home Away) we are not even given the
email address or location of the guests -- so the "Regs" are always going to be "Not Met" --
I do not want that on my chart --- just takes up space on the form - that I can't even see the entire sheet
now - as is --
I want the Guest Name -Listing Site - Arrival and Leave Date - and amount Total - - Due --Booked Date-
and the Tags.
I don't care about the Booking Number - it is different from the other sites - so just more space taken here needlessly--
Cleaning Date is not necessary - it is usually done the day the guest leaves - and not under control of
Owner Rez anyway -
I just want to keep track of my calendar and guests -- do not like constant changes - I don't have time
and don't care to learn a new way of doing things -- "if it ain't broke, don't fix it."
