You'd have to ask PriceLabs about what their development plans might be.
They already have this feature with other PMS’s though.
Yep, the changeover rules will be added to the API when we release, in addition to being something you can set on the calendar -- so PriceLabs will be able to update them.
Is there a way to block single gap days during certain seasons? For instance, I have a Dec 25th booking - I don't want to allow a booking to check out on the 24th. I do use PriceLabs if that's the way to do it as well

Please add the ability to disallow same day arrival and departure. My HOA does not allow us to clean on Sundays. So I can't have guests checking out and in on Sundays.

This is a complicated bit of interaction, so what's actually happening is that OwnerRez is releasing more sophisticated functionality in this area. If you are not using any dynamic pricing systems, then you'll be able to use all of it. If you are using a dynamic pricing system, then, you will need to wait until that system has upgraded their integration to properly implement the new functionality, or at least coexist with it, which may take some reasonable time.
To clarify, you can use the new features without having dynamic pricing enabled. But the Dynamic Pricing partners will need to upgrade their software in order to take advantage of them from their side.
Thanks. I assume, though, that anything done in the rates and/or check-in/out modules is overwritten if we use a dynamic pricing tool as that is set in the DP tool. Correct?
Each individual rule can be set and and overridden per date. Once the DP partners implement these features, it will be up to them to skip updating rules that you don't want them to set. We've supplied this information to each of our partners, but I encourage you to reach out as well if it is important to you.
For now, the only rules that the DP partners are setting (and overriding) are rates and minimum nights. I believe PriceLabs and perhaps others are setup to set just the Rate if you determine you don't want them setting minimum nights. The same will apply to Max nights and arrival/departure rules.
