Overview:
With the increasing capabilities of AI-assisted writing and optimization, I would love to have a feature that allows me to download all my listing descriptions into a spreadsheet format. I currently manage over 100 listings, and being able to access, manipulate, and re-upload this content in bulk would dramatically improve efficiency and consistency across platforms.
Requested Features:
Export to Spreadsheet (CSV or Excel):
Ability to export all listing data (especially descriptions, titles, and metadata) into a downloadable spreadsheet.
Each row should represent a listing, with editable fields for key content.
Editable Format for External Tools:
Spreadsheet format should allow users to make bulk edits.
Include fields like: Listing ID, Property Name, Title, Description, Bedrooms, Location, etc. for easy upload
Bulk Import / Sync:
Allow the modified spreadsheet to be re-uploaded to sync updates back to the platform.
Optional preview/validation screen to confirm changes before they go live.
AI Integration Option (optional):
A future enhancement could include a built-in AI description optimizer or direct integration with AI tools for rewriting descriptions from within the platform.
Use Case:
This feature would significantly reduce the time spent editing listings individually and allow for smarter, brand-consistent updates using AI. It’s especially valuable for property managers handling dozens or hundreds of listings who want to improve booking performance through better copy.
