We’re excited to share some great news for OwnerRez users listing on Hopper. Listings that are live on Hopper may now also appear on Capital One Travel, giving your properties access to even more travelers and added visibility through one of the largest travel platforms available today.
What does this mean?
Capital One Travel is powered by Hopper’s underlying booking technology. With this recent expansion, many vacation rentals distributed through Hopper are now eligible to be shown to travelers searching on Capital One Travel at no extra setup required on your end. If your property is already connected to Hopper through OwnerRez, and live and bookable on Hopper, it may now also be surfaced to Capital One Travel users automatically.
A quick note on eligibility
Listings shown on Capital One Travel are curated by Hopper as part of their partner distribution platform. While most Hopper listings are eligible, inclusion is not guaranteed for every property, and there is no published criteria. This is intentional on Hopper's part and helps maintain a consistent, high-quality guest experience across partner channels. If your listing doesn’t appear right away, that doesn’t necessarily indicate a problem; it may simply not yet be included in that expanded distribution.
