Would be nice to automate sending to owners and cleaning staff some of the reports. This implies the automated triggering and attachment of certain reports which would NOT be associated with just a single booking, but instead with a range of bookings.
For cleaning people and myself it would save a lot of time to not have to manually run reports or log into a system, but to instead get periodic emails that aggregate the relevant information.
The existing per-booking automation is nice, but having automated reports would be very powerful and I think would become an important feature that everyone associated with OwnerRez would appreciate... even those folks who don't ever log into the system.
I would love this feature as well.
I'd like to be able to automate / send myself (and other key players) various weekly reports. My request is more geared toward financial reports, but also reports such as "Bookings this week."

This is under investigation but no ETA at present.
Another UP vote from us. Being able to schedule reports by arrival/departure date range, properties, etc. would be a great addition to the system. Specifically, our cleaners don't want a separate email for each cleaning. They want a monthly report 15 days before the month starts with only late rental additions creating updates.

This is a serious need. This seems like such a simple request (pretty standard in database apps) that would make planning everyone's day so much easier!

We would love this feature too - to be able to schedule an automated report to be sent out to specified recipients would be a really helpful feature!

Hi Everyone,
I've changed the Status of this request back to Requested, which accurately reflects where we are with it today. This request is not on the 2025 roadmap, but we are keeping it in mind for 2026. I won't make any promises here as we have a lot of work going on behind the scenes in other areas of the system. Hopeful for 2026 is probably the best way to phrase it.
I know this is not the news you were hoping for, but feel free to share this request with likeminded users who would be willing to give it an upvote!
It was be really nice if this could be bumped up in priority. There seems to be alot of emphasis on user interface improvements, and while that is a nice to have, improved functionality that makes our jobs easier and allows for better management of guest experience should be higher priority. For example, it would be great to schedule a "Stays Daily Checklist" to email daily. This would better allows us to manage checkin and checkout and be incredibly helpful for cleaners. Functionality of the system should always be prioritized over improvement to the user interface in our opinion. Taking care of guests should always be at the top of the list, without guests we will all be without a job. 😀
Since this request goes back 5 years, I don't have a lot of hope for this getting done any time soon. How about a half step? Allow us to build and call report profiles for data extraction? Not having to set report parameters every time I want to extract data would be a big help. Next month, last month, current quarter, etc. Reports with retained setting for arrival/departure date, canceled bookings, prior period comparisons, etc. would be very helpful in the absence of full automation.
