Sure! I use seasonal flat pricing.

I have not tried Pricelabs or similar bq my impression is they don't work well in areas with a low number of comparable properties.

Makes sense!  I do not have that constraint in my market LOL

Still, love your formula and will see if I can put it to use!

I am very interested in upcharging by length of stay and found this feature request after I reached out to Pricelabs.

As you rightly guessed, the Ownerrez APIs currently don't support LOS pricing and they need to refactor the APIs and also their internal processes to be able to consume the LOS pricing from PL. However, I am happy to inform you that we have been in touch with their team and have nudged them again about it. So, we hope to receive a positive update soon.

Until then, unfortunately, there is no way for us to support LOS in PL for Ownerrez. Is this something that you could continue to set up in OR directly, until the feature is supported in PL?

Talks are underway with PriceLabs at this time. I'm afraid there's no ETA we can provide, as we're still very early on in the discussion. We will keep everyone informed here when updates become available.

Hey @Bri! Your last update was almost a full year ago. Is OwnerRez any closer to supporting PriceLab's LOS settings?

We are officially moving that direction now, yes! I do not have an ETA to provide yet as there's some fine tuning needed behind the scenes before we can fully support this, but we are well on our way.

I'm unsure if we'll be rolling this out as a beta first, but if we do, we'll be sure to let interested users know.
