Owner Bookings: allow owners to enter contact details for the staying party

Love seeing the addition of the new Owner Bookings option! To make this most useful, homeowners need to be able to create a new Owner Booking that is designated for themselves or someone else. Historically, many of our Owner Blocks have been for their friends/family utilizing the space. Since the new Owner Booking options don't give them the option to add the contact information for the staying party, they still need to resort to setting it as a Block and having us manually convert it to a booking + add in the contact details. 

Additionally, it's as though there needs to be 2 separate processes/flows based on whether it's a true owner stay or if the Owner is creating a booking for their friend/family. For instance, owners don't need to sign a rental agreement, though they may want their friends/family to. Owners and $0 stay friends/family don't need to be offered travel insurance, however friends/family being offered a stay at a discounted rate probably should. Owners don't need to receive all the messaging flows (check-in details, arrival day messaging, check-out protocols, etc), but their friends/family do. 

As I dug into this new feature more today in an attempt to convert some Owner Blocks into Owner Bookings, I've discovered that the limited scope of what is currently available unfortunately doesn't allow for me or my owners to utilize it just yet.
