PLEASE add a "review written" condition option for triggers! This is so crucial so that we're not reminding guests who have already submitted their reviews!

Hey, Alece!

We have plans to incorporate a "No Review" option with regard to reviews in trigger conditions. I think this will serve the purpose you're looking for.

Not ETA I can provide at this time, but it was tasked this week and we look forward to seeing it roll into development very soon.

This is almost released. I saw it recently in testing, and it looks very close to being closed out. Just wanted to share some happy news with those of you waiting on it.

(And not just "review written", but a bunch of other similar conditions too!)

Great news, everyone! Review based conditions dropped in today's release! You can now create Triggers and Tag Automations with the following:

Excellent news! I've just updated my trigger criteria to take advantage of these in our request for review and secondary 5 day follow up if not completed by then. Huge help in our workflow and our secondary follow up for non-reviews gives them that nudge to get it done. Thanks team!
