Are there any work arounds for this? Have you heard of anyone having two listings? Our summer rentals are weekly for up to 20 people. I don't want guests to lock up a week for a year and then cancel 90 days out. I know I have other options but obviously these affect off season too. Thanks for any suggestions
Please add the ability to disallow same day arrival and departure. My HOA does not allow us to clean on Sundays. So I can't have guests checking out and in on Sundays.

Will the autoresponder send the predefined email to an Airbnb guest through their blind Airbnb email if you select a template in the "send to double blind" section of the autoresponder? Or is that what you mean by "Autoresponders don't work for Airbnb / with Airbnb internal messaging".
When I go to a guest booking, and then to messages, and then to scheduled messages, I can schedule a message to go on a particular DATE, but I want to also specify the TIME. (Eg I don't want it to go at 1am on the date, as that would be weird. I want to send it at, eg 8am. Similar to the way you can set triggers to a specific hour.)
There are a lot of elements to the booking flow that I want to customize!
I'd say on every page! For example, on this one: I'd really want to change the whole thing. Eg, I don't need to tell people their booking number (and I don't need to tell them to write it down...)
I don't feel like "What do I do now?" is a heading I'd want my guests to see. It is a little anxiety-provoking. I also don't think the text below it actually is what I want to say, and it doesn't really even answer "What do I do now?"
I don't like the big question mark graphic -- it seems misleading to me.
I don't currently collect security deposits, so I don't want to mention them to guests. They will likely be confused.
I am sorry if this comes off as harsh, but the main point is -- I really would like to customize this page and other ones too, as I feel all these comms, and the design, are very important parts of the user experience, and we should be able to tailor them to our particular brands and style.

How is this not a feature already? Potential guests can see the Availability but they can't interact with it. This interactivity already exists when selecting Arrival/Departure dates, it's just not enabled on the Availability calendar.
A "Rate Check" feature for my direct booking site would be very nice to have. A CloudBeds salesman pointed this out as a feature they have which seems like a nice selling point.
This Rate Check "widget" shows guests comparison rates for my property compared to other channels. Here's an example of what I'm referring to (you might have to re-select dates after visiting this link):

No, I was referring to the other question... at present, no, there is still no specific way to resend emails.
Please write in to the Helpdesk with specific screenshots and URLs showing the difference, so we can investigate.
I am so surprised that this is not a feature. At the very least, I need to figure out how to have the availability widget next to the book now widget so a back-and-forth clicking is avoided.
Can we make sure that the new feature can take priority over the data that comes from Pricelabs so we can manage it in OR?
I have read through the topic and I think an integration is a good idea but I don't think Yunumi (sp) is the solution. I recommend that OR check out jetsam.com
See the thread below where the CEO is termporarily providing free service to Smarththings users that have been left in the cold by their lock management software provider -- there are a couple of OR users on the thread. they are very much focused on providing integration with both z-wave and wifi locks so members can mix and match and update as needed

Yes, it is on the roadmap for 2023! We're doing some other large PM expenses work first to make way for recurring ones. There is already a request thread for it though, so closing this one.

There's a hack for doing this (to email a statement to more than one email address) by creating a custom Email Template of type Owner Statement and then putting multiple email addresses in the template itself. So in addition to (or instead of) the field code that's there, add specific email addresses of your owners separated by commas. That will work. Then make sure to assign that email template to the owner in question. Be aware that the new template is now hard-coded to specific email addresses, so don't use it for any other owners.

At present, the best solution would be to reply in Vrbo's own messaging system using their own tools. Once integration with Vrbo's internal messaging system is available, there will be more options, including potentially automated ones.
Currently discount codes can be reused over and over on every reservation by guests and there is no way to limit them. It would be great to have the ability to offer something like "get 10% off your first stay," rather than giving out a discount code that can be used endlessly.
The Location Description and Other Activities fields currently go to Vrbo...
Chris, the Location Description field is not pushing out to any of my Vrbo listings. Not from the Default Descriptions tab or even if I override that with a Vrbo tab. What can I do to get that information to populate in my Vrbo listings?
Currently when you make a PREVIEW owner statement you cannot save as a draft. The choice is either to CREATE or CANCEL. We need to have the option to SAVE the preview as a DRAFT so we can collaborate with our bookkeeper prior to hitting that final CREATE button. Currently, the only way for my bookkeeper or anyone else to look at a "DRAFT" is to CREATE the statement. But then you can't make any changes to it. You are forced to DELETE and start over again.

Would be great to have a filter in the REVIEWS are for reviews that need, or at least do not have, a response.
Maybe even something that wasn't a filter (you tend to lose filters after clicking on an item in the resulting list) - like a 3rd tab maybe?
Not necessarily. If the original code does not allow color selection, it may not be possible without rebuilding the entire platform.
