Understood. I’m thinking that if you’re in motion making tags automated (based on triggers), perhaps that would solve the problem. A guest buys a baby crib or a gift basket and the booking gets automatically tagged with that item. Then, we can run a report based on the tag or at the very least see it on the daily checklist. Might that work?
It would be great if we could run a report (for export) that shows bookings along with tags. I see the report that will show current stays with tags, but not all bookings with tags.
That should be possible, unless I'm misunderstanding what you're after.
Go to the main Bookings display, choose List view, and use the Filters button. Among the many, many filters are "Has Any of These Tags" and "Has None of These Tags." And, you can use the date filters, so you aren't restricted to any particular subset of stay times.
The resulting filtered list can be exported to Excel, and includes way more data than is displayed on the screen.

Since there have been only 2 upvotes in a year, I doubt it's at the top of the priority list. It does make sense though, and I suspect it might come along sometime after the current guest portal overhaul work, which among many many other things would potentially increase the usefulness of a report of this kind.
This request has been around for 2 years,
OwnerRez, can you expedite it and push out the option to HIDE Cancelled Bookings? It doesn't take 2 years to do that.
I have the same too, 3 different templates, 3 different triggers for 3 different homes with 3 different trash days.
It works great. Not sure why this feature is needed at all. They should be working on allowing List View customizations be saved.
3 years since this was originally requested; 6 months since it was "coming soon"; still not an available feature :/
That's great news! Any updates on the ETA for this new feature?
We're still waiting for this feature. Do you have an update on when it might be available?
We have a template message that we send to guests to confirm changes they make to their booking. The template message field codes offer these great "previous" options so we can easily show a crossed-out version of the previous date or check-in time, for instance, contrasted with their new date or check-in time. You can see our use-case in below.
However, there are no "previous" field codes for the previous number of guests or pets. Making those options available would be consistent with what you already offer and make it possible for us to more readily highlight guest/pet count changes in our email messages to guests.
Please add field code options for:
A little notes field would be nice because sometimes I forget exactly what I had in mind when setting up a discount or surcharge. For example, if I run a promotion, I might want to remember the purpose or what I was thinking when I created it. Likewise, for surcharges, I often base a generic surcharge on various criteria in my mind. Ex. a $30 "Utility fee" might actually be estimates for gas ($20) +EV charging ($10). Or I might roll the property damage protection charge into a Management Fee that also includes something else. It would be nice to have a little space to document this.
Ability to disable property photos would be extremely useful instead of only having the option to delete them. This would be extremely useful for fully API connected users which would grant the ability to temporarily disable listing photos of a temporarily unavailable amenity (Like an under constructions deck) to then be able to re-enable the photos when the amenity is available again. All without having to re-upload and re-tag those photos.

This a feature request for Turno and OwnerRez. The ability to configure OwnerRez automatic 5-star reviews based on data from Turno projects.
For ex. my cleaners rate the condition of the property after each guest checkout through Turno Checklists. I would like to use that data from my cleaners/Turno to automate the 5-star guest reviews from OwnerRez.
Could be a simple rating scale of 1-5, anything less than a 5 from Turno, then the automatic 5-star review is skipped.
I need to have guests enter their initials by specific clauses of the Legal Agreement in large part to get them to actually read those clauses.
Having them simply type their initials one time on the Quote Acceptance form in order for them to be automatically populated where I've entered the custom field for them in the Legal Agreement doesn't accomplish this, and it creates confusion for the guest.
There are other types of entries needed to be entered by the guest on the Legal Agreements but not the Quote Acceptance form
Please fix this so that I can opt to have the field code not appear on the Quote Acceptance form and so that the guest has to manually type in the required response in the respective locations in the Legal Agreement.
In a future release, could you make the columns in the booking detail report export a bit more 'human readable'? For example, nights, adults, children and pets (I assume that's what P is?) are just single letters. For those who do external reporting or just download the reports, a single-letter column name seems like a suboptimal naming convention.
Certainly not a high priority, but it would save some data transformation steps for those of us using the data outside of OR.
Support for multiple email addresses for owners has been released:
This enhancement would be good. Also just found out that I can't schedule emails for a block. I have owners who block but I still need to prep for arrival. Please remove this restriction (functionality is already there but if you try to actually schedule something gives a warning).
Hello,
The inquiry triggers work great and I'm loving them. However, when a booking request comes in there is no trigger to send the message in the system and the inquiry triggers do not send. Is there a way to enable the autoresponder functionality for booking requests as well?
Thanks,
Ryan
Hey thanks, Ken, for explaining all this to us. We understand that OwnerRez has nothing to do with it. I think you're just hearing our respective frustrations with Vrbo/Expedia about it.
Yes, and neither is the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign. Vrbo doesn't make any attempt to actually read the text or follow any links and suss out if they're a TOS violation or not - it simply disallows text entirely.
Is there anything in the works to allow API rate adjustments by a dollar amount or percentage?
Percentage is all that is available now.
Sloanish reach out to EZLO sales. I had been working with Kevin Hansen and they had built out a prelim solution for OwnerRez until competing priorities delayed work. They may ne at a place where they could pick this up again.
On a side note here OwnerRez is doing their own work in the door lock space. If you have not tried Hubitat I might suggest you get a Hubitat controller and learn a bit about how they work as they have become our solution for locks and we still have zwave. Very similar to your EZLO but not as friendly UI. I'm not sure if Hubitat is a released product yet for OwnerRez. (Blog post on Oct 23 2023 mentions Schlage and the Igloohome and Hubitat as coming soon). Hubitat is certainly worth the look.
Any update here?
