We do have Automated Expenses on our roadmap which would help in this area. You can follow this Feature Request for updates:
There's no ETA I can provide on Automated Expenses at this time, but it is very much on the dev roadmap.

3 months agoSeems pricey. Especially considering they can embed their own advertising within the listing material. It wasn't that long ago I jettisoned cable to help reduce recurring expenses. I have 8 properties; for $2k/year, I'll stick with my welcome books and sign on the refrigerator telling the guest how to log onto the internet. -
