Hi.  We have 3 people interested in renting one of our properties.  They want to know if they each can pay individually for their rental?  3 ladies all wanting their credit card perks for a 2-month rental.

Lady 1 pays 33.3% using her credit card

Lady 2 pays 33.3% using her credit card

Lady 3 pays 33.3% using her credit card

I have worked around this but the result is multiple discount definitions that often do the same thing.

To make this task easier I know I would benefit from the following 2 upgrades to defining discounts.

#1 ability to export, make modifications to exported data, and import new discount information back in

Is there a way to break down by adults, children and pet total on the booking page for the month? Presently it just give one total for adults and children. I would like to see 4/2/1 or something like that for 4 adults, 2 children, 1 pet. Can that be done easily?

This is under BOOKING tab, month by month, overview.

It would be very useful to have the ability to set the send criteria by hours or days.

for example - I currently send an email with the lock code a day before and then a reminder 2 hours before arrival. For the 2 hour reminder, I send both email and SMS.
I also like my emails to arrive mid-morning or mid-afternoon so as to get to the guests outside of the normal rush times for other emails/work ob...

I have years of data with the cols below. I can massage an excel spreadsheet into whatever format is needed.

...b has no way to cap off the departure -- it's a "stayed at least" criteria). That's probably the closest way to do it.

To do this, add two booking criteria on the discount:

1) Number of Nights >= 4
2) Arrival day of week = 2 (Monday)

Or you could just do a 4+ night discount applicable any time.
