Common Issues & Questions
Certified Advisors
How do I renew my OwnerRez Certified Advisor badges?
OwnerRez does not contact CAs whose badges are out of date or invalid. It is the CA's responsibility to renew their badges annually as desired. While the certification does not have to be renewed every year, the badge will show the year of certification, so your badge will continue showing an old year until you have gone through a new round of testing and certification. Contact OwnerRez to begin the renewal process.
