AutoRank is a platform that integrates with OwnerRez to optimize property listings. We connect directly to OwnerRez APIs to ingest property and reservation data, then process it through our backend to enable real-time listing optimization, status control, and content automation.
AutoRank system capabilities include real-time secure data sync with OwnerRez, individual and bulk onboarding/offboarding, full-text search and filtering, a dashboard for listing metrics and analytics, responsive UI for desktop and mobile, and property cards with quick actions and status indicators.
Prerequisites
You must have an active account with AutoRank before enabling this integration.
Steps for Integration
1. Schedule an Onboarding Call: Before activating this integration, AutoRank requires a brief onboarding call to learn more about your business needs and goals. Click here to schedule your onboarding call. During this call, steps 2–7 will be completed together.
2. Log in to OwnerRez: Ensure you are logged into the OwnerRez account you intend to connect to.
3. Access the AutoRank Connection Page: Navigate to the designated AutoRank integration page to begin the process.
4. Complete the Integration Form: Fill out the multi-page form with accurate details about your business and properties.
5. Submit the Form: On the fourth page of the form, click Submit to proceed.
6. Authorize with OwnerRez: Scroll to the bottom of the confirmation screen and click Authorize with OwnerRez.
7. Confirm Authorization: On the following screen, click Authorize AutoRank to finalize the connection.
8. Confirmation and Sync: You’ll be redirected to a confirmation page. AutoRank will begin retrieving your listings.
9. Our AI powered system will analyze your existing content. And our experts will begin the listing optimization process. You’ll be able to track the latest generation via the properties tab.
10. We will onboard the applicable listings together in the call. You can always onboard more yourself by clicking on the purple button.

AutoRank processes this data, transforms it into a normalized schema, and stores it securely in a PostgreSQL database. Data integrity is enforced using schema validation (Zod) and Airbnb ID as a unique identifier.
