3 of my properties have Kaba locks. It would be really good if you can add this feature. I am using Erentallock where I can but some of the properties enforce use of Kaba locks and I have no choice but to stick with Kaba. I also avoid purchasing any new place that has a Kaba lock requirement. Unfortunately half of Florida's Panhandle have this HOA requirement. So we would greatly appreciate if you can add Kaba lock support.
Yep, we're in talks with Kaba about integrating with their API. It's behind a couple of other integrations like the direct HomeAway channel and the BeyondPricing/Wheelhouse integrations, but we are working on it.

Yep! We've talked with them and have dev on that scheduled for Jan. Should be very similar to what we've got with Pricelabs already, just feeding spot rates from a different source.

Any update on Kaba lock integration? This is the improvement I have been waiting for the most.
I also have two units with Kaba locks - very excited to hear that this integration is in the works !!
No ETA yet, but we have gotten the API details from them.

Above says that Beyond Pricing and Wheelhouse were developing for January, What is the status of that?
Both of them had said their API would be ready for integration, but we are still waiting on them to complete the API.
Did you say Wheelhouse? So I will be able to use Wheelhouse for pricing and then push rates out? Brilliant. I did not buy into PriceLabs because of cost...
I am planning to run wheelhouse for one property and pricelabs for another and maybe Beyond pricing for a third to see if one produces favorable revenue compared to the others. The actual cost is minor compared to any possible revenue enhancement. I plan to run this for at least a few months and see as compared to a baseline

Not yet, but that's a good nudge -- I'll check with Kaba and see if they've got any updates for us.
Boosting this to see if there are any new folks who need integration but do not qualify for the property management requirement of 10+ locks.

I've heard some feedback they may be planning changes to the API, but nothing concrete yet. Will let you know as soon as we know!
