Yep, it's back but under the Tools menu now.
Joining in to ask to please put it back :) I use it all the time and could not find it till visiting here
Thanks for the feedback! We're continuing to develop our strategy on managing email, inbox/outbox stuff, and that's very helpful!
In the meantime, we've put email history under Tools so you have a quick link to get back there.
Yes pleeeaaassee put it back. Or at least put it under the CRM menu. The new CRM menu isn't helpful to me at all but I obsessively check that email tab all the time to see if emails have been opened. I had a mini panic attack when it disappeared.
Hi, yes, I like to check it to see if the person has opened the email (love that feature), how many times they opened it is also informative. Sometimes like to go back to see what exactly I wrote to the guest.
Thank you,
Wendy
Hmm, I wonder if they recently changed something. Will research.
So when you go to OwnerRez, you go to Safari and then what? Are you opening it from a bookmark, and if so what's the starting URL? Or do you just type in https://app.ownerrez.com?
Thanks!!
Can you explain a bit more about how you use the email history day to day? We're planning on a couple of different features around that.
If you want guests info instead of booking related email, go to CRM > Guests and click the Export button.
Please give me a more detailed directions~ step by step~ to download specifically guests names, emails, and addresses

Yes, that has moved. It's under Reports no, as the Email History report. Or you can use this link:I have "leaf season" set up as 4 night minimum, Minimum 2 nights in gaps. I just got an inquiry for 2 nights and quote got generated and sent to smbyo inquirer.
I assumed what would happen the "rule violation" email would be sent, but no, "available" email was sent with quote.
Season: Leaf season (2019) 10/3 - 11/2 ( 4 night min, 2 in gaps)
Inquiry was for 10/25-10/27
Property: ORP31455
Inquiry: ORI802434938
Gap is way greater than 2 nights.
What is set up wrong? I have a feeling this is some recent occurrence.
ok, thanks
The problem is that the top bar is crowded already, getting more so, and there are more major features that need to be added. We have no choice but to do some reorganization. It may not make total sense now because we're midway through the reorg, but it should be more understandable when it's finished.
But you can always use the link posted above, from anywhere, if you use that feature constantly.
ok, that's not very convenient... I use that feature all the time and nice to just be able to go to the top tab, any chance of moving it back?
Wendy

Hi, not seeing a link/tab at the top to go to the page with all the sent emails are??? am I missing it?
Thanks,
Wendy
Hi Larry, I answered this via ticket I believe. You have to switch to the Search/Availability view for the home page. Then go into the settings for that and say "hide rate".
Hi Monica, change it on the property rules. Property > Rules > Change > scroll down to secdep section.
My phone says up to date 12.4.1
I go to the website with safari same as I always have for a long time now. I can’t even respond here without having to log in every time. I don’t know what the owner rez icon is but I have always just gone to the website and just recently it makes me re log in after everytime I leave the page to look at something else and cone back to it.
Are you using OwnerRez icon on the home screen or OwnerRez in Safari?
Can you double check which iOS version you have using these directions: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201685 and let us know so we can try to reproduce the issue?
I’m on my iphone which is up to date.
What browser are you using? There's a known issue on older iOS devices that can cause apps to lose the login position, so if you're on Apple make sure you're on the latest update.
Recently I have to re log in each time I need to manage reservations, in the past I had to log in maybe 1x at the most 2x per week and now it is everytime even after selecting “stay logged in” just wondering why I can’t stay logged in. As soon as I do other things and then go back to owner res minutes later I have to log in all over again.
After the change in December, the Airbnb email address will no longer come in through iCal import, but will be available through channel bridge -- just like how VRBO works now.
We're also hard at work on the official API channel integration with Airbnb and will have that fully available long before December -- we currently plan to release that widely in October.
With the Airbnb channel integration, guest info and charges will come over automatically on reservations and we'll push full listing content to Airbnb (photos, descriptions, rates, amenities, etc). This will also includes messaging and reviews as well!
We'll post more details and dates in a few weeks as we get closer to the release.
I signed my PO on August 28 and just went live today.
Will this affect auto messages at all? Or will the scrambled Airbnb email still be available?
Thanks!
I love that the SecDep is automatically released now. Yay! However, I keep trying to customize the email message that goes out to the guest letting them know it's been released. I have gone in to SYSTEM EMAILS and selected the SecDep Release email dropdown, selected "Make Into New Template" then edited the template, saved it, and closed.
My issue is how do I get the new template to be the one that's sent by the system when the SecDep is released?
I've tried to set it up as a Manual Trigger but there is no option for that under the dropdown to select Event -> SecDep Released.
I know there must be a way to customize the SecDep release email but I can't figure it out... what am I missing?
Thanks!
As part of Airbnb’s ongoing efforts to minimize exposure of guest information, exported iCal events will no longer display reservation details. These changes will take effect on December 1, 2019.
What’s changing?
The iCal calendar sync description for reservations will display only the last 4 digits of the guest phone number, along with a link to the reservation details page. The guest name and reservation code will be removed from the event titles, and the calendar sync will export listing calendar information for future dates only.
The following information will be provided for each reservation exported via iCal moving forward:
Summary: Will appear as “Reserved”
Description: Will include a “Reservation URL” section with the link to the reservation details page and a “Phone Number (Last 4 Digits)” section with the last 4 digits of the guest’s phone number
What does this mean for hosts?
If you rely on detailed information from the iCal calendar sync descriptions, you may need to make updates or alert your software partners to the changes above so they’re ready when they take effect on December 1, 2019.
These changes won’t impact iCal’s syncing functionality—your calendar will continue to prevent multiple guests from booking the same dates.
How do I take this of
