Hi all! I am a new property manager for short term rentals in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, Alabama. I own one rental at the Phoenix 8 in Orange Beach. Hi, I'm just now trying to figure things out, but the software looks pretty cool so far!

Hope that helps! We'll be doing more videos over time, but I didn't realize quite how time consuming it was until we did that one :-)

I am a new property manager - started with 2 properties in October and now have 6. I would DIE without OwnerRez! This is the best thing I have done since I started...and I cannot say enough about Paul and Chris. email them a question, get a response within minutes.

I would like to see some videos set up pn how to use the software but I am muddling through with their help... Thanks!

I inherited 3 cottages on a serene lake in the White Mountains of New Hampshire 6 summers ago. I spend WAY too much time with bookings, and it looks like this tool might help me reclaim a lot of that! I'm excited, but having some trouble figuring it all out. Hi, my name is Silvia and my mother and I own a house in the Pocono Mountains which we rent out a block from my sister Claudia who recommended this site. I haven't done much research on my own yet since we are in the process of implementing a new release in my 9-5 job and it's taking more time away from doing anything here. Claudia keeps me up to date to the chats and emails and now I can see things for myself via this forum. I look forward to testing and checking this site out.

My name is Claudia and I own two house in the above locations. South Carolina, I began renting in January of 2008. Pennsylvania, I began renting it in June 2009. Pennsylvania was my second home, before I started to rent it. Since the kids started getting old and it was a hassle to get them to go there, we decide to rent it.

I just came across this website and I am very pleased, so far. While I still have concerns on a few items, overall, it has a lot to offer. I look forward to giving Michelle and staff feedback, as long as they are willing to hear it. :)

Thanks Sam, I could fill up any software dev's inbox all day with these kinds of requests so just keep in mind I'm just doing it to make the software better, not that I expect a feature to be here tomorrow! Though, it would be great if online bookings were here tomorrow =P.

I am a web developer so I understand that this is of course a process.

I want to switch us over to OwnerRez ASAP I've just got to have a way to email market to potential guests - then if they book using that email address take them off of that marketing list and add them to a different list with their check out date as another autoresponder action point. Also offering them a special offer on their birthday would be cool too. I'm not saying this is functionality that OwnerRez should have but I'm looking at possible integrations for hospitality specific email marketing systems.
