Ability to create children rules by age

It sure would be nice to have the ability to set ages of children, that would be great. A huge improvement. For example, in the Property Rules section and in Surcharges - would be nice to be able to say you allow children of a certain age. For example, I have a unit in which I really only want to allow children over 10 years old, but you have no ability to set ages of children.

I can't be the only person who wants to allow children just of a certain age.
