Thanks Paul. the good news is that Rezzi is starting to work well with texts and the platforms including the assigned owner rez sms phone number.
Thanks for that feedback, Adam! And Rezzy will do the same for WA messages when that is complete as well.

Hi Bri. Are you aware that the issue to send WhatsApp messages to Brazil numbers, was resolved? I reported that some time ago, and I'm not sure if that was already solved. Fyi, Brazil is the second largest market for Whatsapp, only after India.

Excellent news! I find it really useful to nudge guests who haven’t yet paid their deposit and are arriving soon.
Are we able to set up scheduled messages yet and templates or is it still just manual?
Thank you so much for adding WhatsApp. We Brits and European users really appreciate it!!
No template and trigger capabilities for WhatsApp yet, but we do have a new Snippets feature coming fairly soon that will allow you to insert pre-written text snippets using a command in the inbox thread. Those will work with WhatsApp. Template / trigger automation is planned, but we have not gotten that into development quite yet.
