Earlier this month, we released PMv2 for brand-new PM users (which includes the year-end report). This was the first step in getting it out for all PMs. We are currently in a private beta stage for existing PMs to upgrade.
Full transparency: it likely won't help with 2024 tax/year-end reporting (unless you've been on v2 the whole time you've used OwnerRez), but we'll be working to have it be helpful for the 2025 year-end reporting needs for all.

I have to manually create 40 spreadsheets for the annual year end breakdown. It shouldn't be like this. When can Ownerrez commit to getting this done for us?
I expect to have dozens more properties next year, but not looking forward to this nightmarish task
