With PMv2 fully released and available to all to upgrade, we're marking this one as Released! Once on PMv2, the Owner Statement Summary report is available, which rolls up income and expenses for the selected owner statement period.
It can be exported as Excel, CSV, or TSV if the PM needs to add or remove info or add additional labeling, etc.

Am I understanding Bri's comment here that we won't even have PMv2 quality year-end statement capabilities until the end of 2026 since we won't have been using PMv2 since 1/1/2025??
PLEASE tell me y'all are working to get your existing long-term PM users onto the new model ASAP with some sort of setting or integration that will provide this functionality as soon as possible and will be able to generate year-end statements at the end of 2025!?

Does PMv2 allow you to save "defaults" for PM statements each month?
I have to remember each month to go select "Include bookings that depart by the statement date" each time I run a monthly PM statement.
Still kind of shocked we can't do that on PMv1. It is a mess when I forget to go back and re-do it.

Can I get on v2 ASAP? Unfortunately I am having to look at other softwares because I need this for my owners. I have 16 separate listings and just added 6 more, a year end statement is something I must have.
I was told I was added to V2 and can't find anything that will help. We have 14 separate listings and moving forward we are also looking at other software as doing all of this by hand is quite the task.
It is, and kinda bonkers this hasn't been implemented yet. I really don't want to switch because there are so many features I like on OR but my owners deserve a complete year end statement other than a spreadsheet.
Perhaps I have missed this info but where do we find access to this new report if we are in the Beta?
For legacy users, what are the best reports to use in the interim? I am trying to manually create year-end detail statements using the Line Item Pivot, the Expense Detail and the export the Owner Statements filtered by each Owner respectively. My hope is to find an Excel/Google Sheets wizard to pull this data together to emulate a full P&L by Owner. If you know one, let me know!
Shawn what do we need to do to get on v2? Producing these manually is a bear. We are getting ready to run Jan statements and i dont want part on one system and part on another

Once again for 2025 I will be manually creating 65 spreadsheets for our owners so that they can have a simple year end breakdown of RENT, COMMISSION, and TOTAL EXPENSE per month in a simple format for the year. I hate to complain but we have been waiting years for this capability. It seems pretty straightforward unless I'm missing something. Its just a spreadsheet with literally 3 columns and 12 rows but so incredibly cumbersome to create by hand.
