With PMv2 fully released and available to all to upgrade, we're marking this one as Released!  Once on PMv2, the Owner Statement Summary report is available, which rolls up income and expenses for the selected owner statement period.

It can be exported as Excel, CSV, or TSV if the PM needs to add or remove info or add additional labeling, etc.

Has this been requested yet? I'm currently entering total monthly rent, commission, and expenses into excel year end statements for 50 properties and counting. If this could be downloadable like the monthly statements my life would be 10000% better :)

Any update on this?

PM and Accounting work are continuing at full speed.  I documented the deposit and Airbnb stuff above, but we are also working on delivering a Year-End report for PMs/Owners before the end of 2022.

Looks like it'll drag into the beginning of the coming year.  :-(

There is a lot of active development going on on this.  There has been a years-long problem of how commission, tax, etc are stored now where they do not register as "expenses".  That throws off year-end reporting.  We are actively building an upgrade which will begin tracking commission, tax, etc as expenses with a report that shows teh roll up.  It's been in development for months.  As of right now, it looks like it won't come out until the new year.  There will be an upgrade process that will require you to step from the old verson to the new one by updating some things.

This has been an ongoing request. We need to have this report STAT. I know many of us would love this and are hoping to have some light shed on this very topic. Any updates from ORZ?

Hey guys thanks for the nudge. It's definitely time for a quick update...  We hit some snags over the holidays with testing this and had to put it back into dev for more work.  We are actively working on it, and it is at the top of our development efforts right now.  I do not have a firm ETA on it, but we do hope to have the upgrade button out for you in a few weeks.  We are sweating it hard on this side!  😥  There's a lot that's changing under the covers with PM on this one.

Here's the best we have at present:

But, there are improvements planned and on the way.

As the end of the year gets closer and closer, I'm hoping and praying that there will be an end of year report to run for owners, as it will help greatly with taxes and reporting. Any updates on this development? Thank you <3

We desperately need this! The current report they have is an overview and doesn’t pull the detailed information. Downloading 24 properties and 12 statements for each and then combining everything has been a nightmare. We were promised a solution for the past two years with no good solution! Please help

Agreed. I did it manually for 8 properties last year, and it was very time-consuming and not completely accurate, now I have 29 properties, and I'm terrified it will be the same situation. I couldn't imagine for the ones who have over 50. Fingers crossed this is released before Christmas 2023

I inquired about this a few months back and I was told it was possible it would not be out by the end of the year so every month I have been inputting data into my manual statements. With 65 it's a bear lol.

Hi I just wanted to add my vote to this topic in case its still possible it may be ready by end of the year, it would be such a major help, and incredible time saver to have a simple solution for this that could be customized the way that owner statements can.

Just checking in on this. Would be helpful. Agreed, few items that could show as expense for owners, and at annual level would be helpful.

With approximately 1000 reservations across 25-30 properties where the inventory differs throughout the year, I am following this feature development with bated breath. Thankfully, our fiscal year ends at the end of April, so we've got some time.

This also begs the question of how to handle fiscal years that aren't necessarily January - December. Ours is May 1 - April 30, and all of the reports that reference "this year" use the Jan-Dec calendar year, so every time I want to run a fiscal year-to-date report, I have to manually change the dates.
