With PMv2 fully released and available to all to upgrade, we're marking this one as Released! Once on PMv2, the Owner Statement Summary report is available, which rolls up income and expenses for the selected owner statement period.
It can be exported as Excel, CSV, or TSV if the PM needs to add or remove info or add additional labeling, etc.
Thanks for the nudge. This is our 2-year-long project(!) and it kept growing in scope, which is unlike anything we normally do. It was hard to find a cutting-off point to release with, so we kept allowing the scope creep to help get it right. Well, that time is nearing (the get-it-right part).
We hope to get it out early this year in an opt-in Beta (fingers-crossed). It won't help with 2023 tax/year-end reporting but we'll be working to have it be helpful for the 2024 reporting needs (no matter what month this year we get it released) for those that upgrade their PM module (which will be opt-in to start).
We really appreciate everyone's understanding and patience.

Disappointing to read that on top of the PM services we already pay for, this will be an added expense.
Will this be an extra cost to current PM module or only if you aren't currently using PM you will have to add that to your setup?
I don't know where you read that. Other than the PM (Property Management) premium feature, it's not an additional cost. So, if you already have the PM module, there's no additional charge for this.
We need year end statements for owners tax purposes. I have a friend with LODGIX and she can do a report, why cant we. This is critical and as i read through the thread, it has been going on for awhile. Why is there no priority in this?
Are yawl still on track to release something for 2024 taxes? Would love an update =)

Earlier this month, we released PMv2 for brand-new PM users (which includes the year-end report). This was the first step in getting it out for all PMs. We are currently in a private beta stage for existing PMs to upgrade.
Full transparency: it likely won't help with 2024 tax/year-end reporting (unless you've been on v2 the whole time you've used OwnerRez), but we'll be working to have it be helpful for the 2025 year-end reporting needs for all.

In full disclosure, it feels very disheartening to hear that this has already been rolled out to new OR users and not to years-long paying users who have been providing helpful feedback and waiting as patiently as possible for these long overdue updates.
