Fantastic looking forward to it :)
Fantastic!!! Looking forward to seeing this play out and future releases to pull in historical messages.
Appreciate the update!!
Amazing!
Haven’t read the release notes yet but will the VRBO integration be available from the conversation tab or only the inbox?
Fantastic news! Thank you! Thank You! Thank You!
Any other booking sites in the list for future integrations? Would be awesome to have BDC!

Hello all - great news to share today! Vrbo Messaging is now live as a Public Beta! You can see messages in OwnerRez before the guest books and reply and also after a booking comes in.
Bonus: included also is the creation of inquiries in OwnerRez (without the need to use Email parsing). So you can reply to inquiry messages but also view Inquiry details if they submitted an inquiry for your property. If you use Vrbo email inquiry parsing, it will match with that and only create 1 inquiry in OwnerRez.
We took an extra few weeks because we wanted to be able to add in the bonus. Thanks for your patience! Enjoy!

Title says it all, love the new native messaging interface to Vrbo, but... how do I see which property it came from? Needs to be added to the notification email, the inbox interface, the individual message editor. Surprised no one thought of this before.
Also, if available, should add the dates being inquiried about (which may be recorded as part of the inbox message).
When this goes live, will we be able to see what information Google is demanding about our customers and if it's for just people who book through them or for all customers (like they do with car manufacturers)? I'd like to make an informed decision on IF I'll connect with this partner. With Google, the phrase "if you're not the customer, you're the product" has never been more true.
I'm afraid we don't publicly release specific timelines, except to say that the integration is in ongoing testing.
Hey Ken,
As many of the others have stated we're very interested in integrating our properties with Google vacation rentals. Does Owner Rez have an anticipated timeline of Beta or general API release?
Thanks!
The report I use the most is Bookings, to see how the year is doing as compared to the year previous.
Instead of that first row just repeating the numbers of the two rows below it, would be more informative if you displayed the monthly 'dollar difference' indicated by those red/green up and down arrows. Display this dollar difference in red or green font! Just a suggestion...
Hi there,
I had previously subscribed to the PM module, but with this last price increase, it didn't make financial sense any longer. You see, I manage one property for my parents. I never even set up reports, etc. Though, what was most helpful was the access to the calendar for cleaners, my parents (owner), etc. Is there any chance to offer the pm calendar access outside of the pm module? It would be really amazing.
Or, offer the pm module at a reduced rate for one property. I understand needing to pay for it for all properties, but given that ownerrez was created for the individual property owner hosting, it would be awesome to offer a cost effective option.
Many thanks!
Tasha
This sounds so good - would make customer communications much easier
1) Pay for the expense using any of the property accounts then "split" the transaction between the properties. This means on P&L reports, etc, the shared cost was apportioned as per the split. https://support.stessa.com/en/articles/2309046-how-to-split-duplicate-and-merge-transactions
2) Open a separate account for shared expenses, or in your case, "management" expenses. You can have as many accounts as you want, each with its own debit card. Ideally it would be nice if they let you make a General Ledger entry on Dec 31 every year splitting those shared expenses across all properties, but I don't think they do.
Try the Stessa forums for more information
I agree with this feature request 100%. I work in healthcare software. Imagine if a nurse had to look through every patient’s ‘chart’ (booking) to see what was new. Inefficient use of time. Instead, new items (new rx request, new appt request, new portal message, etc) are pushed to the relevant person in a dashboard. This would also solve the problem of finding new vrbo requests because they show up on your calendar.

Thanks!
My question is more about general expenses that can't be attributed to a particular property; things that would fall on my management company.
My understanding is that if you're an investor and every expense and income can be placed against a particular home, Stessa works great. However, if you have general expenses that isn't specific to a property, it gets a bit more messy. Not sure if they already addressed it and I just haven't seen the documentation for it yet.
Any update to this?
Does Stessa work well for short-term rentals if you manage for others?

Thank you Kent - This is more geared towards emails but that is exactly what I want to avoid is going through every email to get the "critical" information.
This isn't exactly that, but, if you look at your general communication history:
https://app.ownerrez.com/inbox/history/emails
You'll get something not too far different, because just about every event in OwnerRez does generate an email that will appear there.
Wonderful!! Thank you so much!
That is a great idea. It would be also nice to have the widget that goes with it for the website so a guest could easily "log in" to see their reservation details, communications, invoices...
I would like to see if we could have a report and a screen that could provide all the activities that happened in a defined time period in the past. For example, each morning, I would love to be able to go to a "dashboard" screen and see the events of the last 24 hrs, whether it is a new reservation that came in, someone that signed a rental agreement...
Thank you!
I'd like to make another bump and request for better and more flexible payment schedules, specifically with the option to have 3 payments and change the amount taken based on how far out the booking is! Is there an ETA on this yet?
Hello!
I'd love to see this Mailchimp integration too.I would like to sync my emails/contacts in my OwnerRez CRM and import into my contacts for Mailchimp for my email newsletters. Obviously I'd exclude any Airbnb-masked emails. Thank you!
You can already download emails and other fields and import them into MC (omitting Airbnb etc emails). Go to Reports > Email List.
It already omits Airbnb addresses by default
Then import into MC.

You should be getting notifications of a guest starting the book now process, you'd then know if they did not complete the booking. Is that not working out for you?
I am finding more and more cases where I wish I could have a calculated-date in a variable. In a few cases a kludge of adjusting to match another calculated-date variable has been "ok" but not ideal.
Would be great to be able to do date math (e.g. 10 days before, 10 days after) as a field.
I understand it would be work, but perhaps a short-term answer would be for you to define a handful of system fields that are calculated dates?
