Hi Coastal Waves, do you mean owner bookings? Most OR users tend to put those in as blocked-off times. Are you looking for a way to flag them as "this is an owner booking" so that you can filter/report on them elsewhere in the system?
Was this ever addressed? I can't seem to find a way to trigger emails based on the quote status?
We would like to be able to send a triggered email based on days before/after expiry or preempted quotes.
Have the same just this month with a few costs passed on to the owners.
Would be great to be able customize(edit) a quote as you are creating it. For example, the ability to add pet fees, add discounts, or other concierge fees. I believe, currently you have to save the quote, go back to from the quotes tab, make the changes, save it again then send it. If there is a more efficient way - I missed the training part.
Would love to have a way to account for owner reserves!
It would be helpful to be able to carry a balance from one statement to the next. We usually pay repair bills for our owners and just post the expense to their account. There may not income the month of the bill resulting in a negative balance. The following month's statement should show this continuing negative balance. Similarly, if for some reason a statement payout was not made and the closed with a balance owed to owner - this amount should show on following month's statement. This would make our bookkeeping so much easier and fail-proof! Hope OR considers this request!

Right now - no. That's a very commonly requested feature, and I know the engineers have done some work in that direction. No ETA though.
I'm wondering if there is a way to add a note or a flag of some sort to a date on the ribbon calendar? This would be helpful if we want to call out something related to that particular day.
For example, I just approve an early check in time for a guest but I told him if we should happen to take a booking for a guest who would be checking out the morning this guest arrives we may have to revert to the later default check in time in order to allow the housekeeper time to turn the house over between the two bookings. I'd like to be able to add a note to that day on the calendar so that it would remind me about this if I'm looking at the calendar or if I take another booking that checks out on that day.
We've made this change. Please take a look at your public rate calendar on your website, it should now not be showing rates for booked dates.

Yes, good point. I've sent this over to the engineers.
We've thought about adding Xero, not sure about those other two. But, you can export just about everything in OwnerRez into Excel files, and most accounting systems will let you import data that way too, so it should be possible to make them work for you.
We're keeping an eye on Google and may add more connections to them in the future.
In the meantime, you can add a link to your email template where you request guests to write reviews, to your "Google My Business" account. We have several clients doing that.
I don't know if this is a feature request or an option I haven't found yet. For the multiple month calendar widget, I would like to show the rate, but only for the nights NOT booked. It seems evident if you're using dynamic pricing, which I am, you would not want to show the price for a night already booked. This is especially true if the amount shown is less than what the scheduled guest has previously agreed to pay.
Are there any plans for integration with other accounting systems? I'm particularly interested in Zoho Books but Wave Apps is also a possibility.
Please add "Google My Business" to the choices of where guests posted their review.
I am running the Line Item Pivot Report to gather data to send to my clients at the end of each month. I'd like to suggest that the booking status be included in that report like it is on the Booking detail report. For example:

Sheehan, Brad [CANCELED]
LINE ITEM PIVOT REPORT:
Brad Sheehan
There is nothing on the Line Item Pivot report to alert that this was a canceled booking.
I want to include canceled bookings on the report because some of them may have charges that should be documented on a canceled booking. But some other canceled bookings may not and it is easy to miss the fact that any of these are canceled bookings.

To clarify... you can create a Ribbon type calendar widget and share that just like the Multi-month calendar widget. It'll just show "Booked" instead of guest info, but you will get the segmented view you're looking for.
That's too bad. I don't know what the reasoning was behind deciding not to show split dates on the widget calendars. But with all of the conversations here in the forum about methods to use to communicate booking dates with housekeepers, it seems allowing split dates to the "hosted" calendar widget would meet those needs.
Until then, I guess I'll have to create a Google calendar to share with the housekeepers.
Unfortunately not. We've talked about making the Portal Access a feature that can be purchased separately, but that hasn't taken place yet.

Upgrading to the PM module just to give the housekeepers a look at our calendars is overkill for my situation.
Yes, I use it A LOT. I am constantly tweaking the fields to reflect good questions from guests, completeness of information, layout, etc.
I have found it a bit of a pain to constantly go back and forth as I try to be sure I am saying the same thing on Vrbo and AirBNB and that it is appearing in roughly the same order. It would be easier if an AirBNB view, or a Vrbo view was available. I may be a one-off on this, but to really attract people and theoretically improve SEO with some of the OTA sites, I believe frequent tweaks are necessary.

We're wanting to add considerably more functionality to the rental agreements, as well as to the PM module, so this might be something to add as part of those upgrades.
