Love to hear this Paul!
The only feature that I think could make it better is a button for the condo being ready to be checked in early that would bypass the grace period and update it to the current time.
Feature Request for next Schlage integration update!!
We have been having issues with our locks disconnecting randomly - seems to happen if the wifi goes out or has an issue. We only find out that the lock is disconnected once the guest arrives and... their code didn't get programmed because the lock was disconnected.
It would be REAL helpful if there was an email or a notification that went out as soon as the lock experienced a connection issue so that we could troubleshoot proactively ASAP. Maddeningly there doesn't seem to be this feature on the Schlage app... but if OwnerRez could send out an email notification as soon as a lock had a connection issue, that would be extremely helpful in preventing very stressful guest moments.
If anyone knows of a better way to deal with this that currently exists, I'm all ears!
Sounds more like a wifi issue to me but I may be wrong.

If you're able to write in to Help@OwnerRez.com with any specific examples of times you know the lock was disconnected, we could check on that for you.

Quick question for you, if our Schlage code is set to generate 2 days before booking, what will happen if we have a same day booking? Will it be ignored or will the integration still create and update the code?

I have the same question! Any information about this? Do we need to generate our own code if this happens?
No worries, if the booking is created less than 2 days in advance, the code will be generated right away.
Ken, is there a wifi Garage door opener integration or Yale assure integration coming. I have a Anderson Door that will not accept a normal schlage encode.
Hi Joe - a number of our Integration partners support garage door openers and Yale Assure locks. Most are classified under the Door Locks area, so here is the Overview document to springboard from. Andersen is one I found on one partner list and various garage door openers.
No plans to do anything directly at this time for those.
