Yes, this process works with bookings of all types, including channel bookings.  It's built into the rental agreement signing process.

If we have followed the instructions as you stated will it work with AirBnb bookings? Is there a way to have this file upload populate with the rental agreement or security deposit messages that go out?

Could you add an option to block specific hours on a particular date while still allowing bookings with check-out and check-in on that date? For example, blocking 11 AM to 4 PM on May 22nd for a specifi properties to allow check-outs at 11 AM and check-ins at 4 PM. This would really enhance our booking flexibility.

Unfortunately, at present, no, this is not possible.  It's a worthwhile suggestion though.

Is there a way to set a trigger to go out 1 hour before check-in, even when we change the check-in and allow early arrival?  We have templates set to trigger 1 hours before the standard check-in, but it doesn't seem to change if we allow and early arrival.  Any help will be appreciated.

I was literally about to post this same idea myself. I would label it a bit differently. I would call the setting Photo Sets . You did mention seasonality and I believe that is the main issue this feature would address. People could even make specific photo sets tailored to a compression event that happens annually or any myriad of uses. But, as it currently stands, we have to completely redo the photos section each time we want to shuffle the photos. This is time consuming, especially when having to redo the captions and room tags. We definitely need some sort of way to save these different sets. And from my technical background, I imagine this would be a relatively straightforward feature. It just needs some momentum to make it onto the dev cycle.

I searched and couldn't find an existing topic for this issue.

We constantly receive requests from guests for early check-in. 

For example, our normal check-in time is 4 PM and let's say the guest wants to check in at 2PM. I set up a template with a trigger that sends the guest the door access code at 4 PM. It would be very useful if I could edit the trigger for a specific booking and change the time from 4 PM to 2 PM (following the above example). Right now, OR only let me edit the trigger time globally (this dropdown)

 

This is in addition to the fact that multiple future guests want early check-in at different times. At the moment, I keep track of all this using reminders outside OR. It is a bit nerve-racking if I miss the reminder or I'm somewhere without internet access.

In summary, I'm requesting the ability to edit the trigger time for specific bookings. This feature would greatly enhance our ability to manage early check-in requests and ensure a smoother guest experience.

It would be nice to add new pictures after a given picture (vs at the bottom).  It would save time from moving all the pictures to the right spot.

When you have 70 or more properties, it's very difficult to be able to make sure a surcharge was applied to every property.  I know there is a surcharge list under settings, but when there are 70 homes, I have to click through each surcharge and then the associated properties and check off the homes assigned a cleaning fee in another spreadsheet.  Some cleaning fees may have 10 homes assigned to a given cleaning fee, others may have a similar amount.  It would be nice to be able to run a report showing each house was assigned a cleaning fee.  Or, maybe be able to run a tool to check that all homes have a cleaning fee.

Funny they were the ones to suggest we see if we could do it through owner Rez and seemed to imply that if implemented in owner Rez it would work in vrbo.

It would be great to have different cancellation policies for defined seasons.  We don't want shortened timeframes for our main ski season but would like to offer a more flexible option for our off season rentals.

For guests that are staying longer than a certain number of days, my jurisdiction will count the guest as a "tenant" instead of a guest. That means I have to provide a lease agreement with additional pamphlets related to Tenant's Rights, Lead-Based Paint, and other topics ATTACHED to the lease agreement. Obviously I can't do this now in OwnerRez. Instead, there is the text scroll box that has a Renter Agreement. It would be good to have the option to use a PDF-form signing service that will return the status of the form as SIGNED back to the OwnerRez reservation form. 

I know OwnerRez is more-so geared towards short-term guests. However, a feature like a PDF-form signing service (such as HelloSign and Docusign) would be a great tool to meet the growing demand of local mandates. I still want to use OwnerRez for when I have short-term guests in a property in the next town over.

I can't share a narrow timeline (as that will backfire on us :-)), but I can safely say this year. We're working on it every week and will share a more definitive release timeframe as soon as possible.

We would like a trigger to fire based on a 1 to 3 start review received from the guests.  This will alert us that there is a issue with the condo and may be resolved before a 1-3 start review is received again.

Users are unable to automate or schedule any type of reservation-level report. This means the process of seeing recent bookings created is completely manual, necessitating a human to manually set filters, run daily reports, export the csv, and clean the data as needed. It's very time consuming and inefficient.

 

Other PM systems can automate the daily sending of a reservation email to the user. This would be great to have here.

I agree, Neil. The drag-and-drop is slow and glitchy, and not an efficient way to manage the ordering of this many photos!
