It's not a legal issue - this would clearly be legal. The concern is the effect on overall spam scores.
Anyway, since there are a number of workarounds, this is not a high priority item. The simplest is - go to the main Bookings screen, use the Filters to set the parameters of the bookings you want, then Export that list to Excel. Even though the guest email addresses are not displayed on the screen, they are included in the Excel export, so, you can easily grab them all, drop them into a BCC field in your email client, and then send a single email to everyone.

I have read that it is a good idea to rotate your photos on the platforms regularly. Would it be possible to automate this? For example, give us the option to rotate the main photo to the last # in the list of photos every day.
I wish this feature existed! I'd like to just make a note and it pops up on the regular full calendar view. Seems like it should be an easy feature add. I'd love to make a note about what cleaner is or isnt available on certain days just using a note to flag a certain day.
Hello Shawn - we are working towards push notification capabilities. Apple released the long-awaited capability a little earlier this year and that was the key for us to begin the work to add support for browser-based push notifications across Android and Apple OS's.
Team System Alerts is the initial groundwork for this coming out next, and then push notifications sometime after that (which can alert you that you received an SMS message or any other System Alert that you only receive via Email today).
Any updates on this enhancement? I don't see an issue if they have opted in to receive our email communications when they book.
Agree, navigation in the SMS view is not very user friendly. Maybe the rework of messaging will fix this, if not I would definitely appreciate better navigation as well.
I have listings that are often last-minute short term stays. We don't use rental agreements for these. However, I would still like to collect missing POC information such as real email addresses for channel guests. Currently, when I send {BUFIXUP}, it ignores the "no agreement" rule in the property rules and sends my pet agreement which is only to be used manually if there is a pet. When I disable that agreement it attaches a generic default agreement.
It seems like one easy fix would be to add this logic to {BUFIXUP}: If property rule = no agreement, then send POC without an agreement

For my application this is being redundant. The code auto generates after each booking with the guests last four digits of their phone number. I include that information in my post booking confirmation and also in my unit instructions. So in order to use this feature I would have to change all of my communications and send another email with the door code. It seems to be too much. I have a hard enough time getting guests to read the condo instructions. It would be so simple if there was a drop down "criteria" menu in the door lock integration tab. Anyway.....please consider making this change.

You can do that!
There is a box to check within each surcharge to categorize this as a 'rent' line item.
Then, you can go to Settings > Pricing Preferences and opt to roll all 'rent' line items into one on Widgets and Quotes.
You can allow RemoteLock to generate the code any time. Do not set up remote lock to send the code to guests. Instead set up a template & trigger on OwnerRez, using whatever criteria you need, to allow it to be sent.

I do not have templates or triggers that send out door codes, only condo instructions. I always assumed it's automated through the Door Lock integration feature and I use remote lock with four Schlage locks integrated. So what am I missing?
This is not necessary. It does not matter if door codes are generated - what matters is if or when they are sent to the guest. That is done via template and triggers, and, our triggers already support all the criteria you have requested.
I am requesting a change to the door lock generation feature that will have further requirements prior to code generation such as having the credit card on file for a security deposit and also a signed rental agreement. I've had to delete and re-create codes multiple times for last minute bookings. I would assume this would be a simple fix?
An option to select "Blend" on a surcharge for bookings made on OwnerRez - Direct Booking sites that blend the surcharge into the nightly rate so it does not appear as a line item.
I prefer to collect the security deposit by check or other bank transfer to help elminate the risk of a charge back. I'd like to see any option where the Security Deposit can be set to accept one of these payment options only, even if the guest used credit card for the rent portion of the charges.
Would love to have a field code for the stored credit card info on file that we can use in templates. We want to be able to send our guests reminders of the scheduled payments and allow them to see what credit card we have on file in case they need to change their credit card info before the scheduled payments occur.
We use notes to document all calls with guest, how our welcome call goes, and any special needs (grocery, ski instructor, etc).
It would be great if there was a HTML link/short cut next to all the other links.

Hi- Have they come up with a way to send scheduled messages from OR to VRBO guests yet? I feel like I was able to receive messages from VRBO geusts for a short time and now it's gone.
It would be good to be able to mark a deposit as processed in the list of deposits generated.
I don't process the deposits daily or even weekly. It would be good to know where I left off.
Thanks for the update...very very excited! If not suggested already having ability to sync multiple locks at same property to same generated code (for those with more than one at each property) would be icing on the cake.! Thank you all for your hard work!

CRM - put forward and backward arrows so that you can easily navigate from one conversation to the next. This is standard on all mail systems.
It would also be nice to have a link directly to the suggestion forum. It is a bit hard to find, or is that by design. ;)
