Hello,
please add us to the beta test for Google vacation rentals.
Thank you,
Dina Beauvais
I think I upvoted but would like to be in any group to get this feature going.
We'd love to be in the Beta Group. We have five properties on OwnerRez - and I work in tech so I can speak your language if we run into issues that need debugging. :)

Requesting an option to change the speed of scrolling pictures in both the home page photos and each property listing photos. In my case I'd like to slow it down a bit.
Hi Kilkenny team,
The CRM export will show how many bookings each guest has made with you, but not property details because there may be multiple properties if a guest stays a few times. It may be possible to include a "most recent property" column though, that's a good idea.
What you can do in the meantime is to use the Mailing List Detail Report which includes guest name, email address, stay dates, and property. You can use this to cross-reference or you could possibly merge the two spreadsheets together inside of Excel.

Thanks I'm really glad to know it's in the works!
I'm not using Wix anymore, I'm on Wordpress. This would be a REALLY useful widget to have. It's how people are used to booking hotels - seeing availability then going straight to book from there.
Having to go through the second step of seeing availability, THEN still needing to choose the property and re-enter dates, I feel adds an unnecessary step and barrier than can potentially contribute to people falling off at that point.
There's an overhaul of the Widgets planned for the coming year, and, something along the lines of this feature will likely be added. Note however that it's more complicated than you might suppose, given the constraints of some of the systems Widgets are commonly used in, such as Wix. It might not even be possible at all for those.
I want to be able to filter my CRM Contacts based on which property they booked. Currently It looks like the only way to do this is assign a tag to each property and filter based on the tag, which is quite tedious.
I really wish you offered a widget which would allow a person to search availability - and THEN, when the available properties are shown, actually have a "BOOK" button where the person can then immediately book an available property.
Right now, you can't do that. You can do the availability search, which shows available properties and the guest can then click on any one for more info. But then, in order to actually book that property, they have to AGAIN enter their dates and start a booking process.
This should be more integrated. Almost every single hotel/accommodations site lets you search for availability, then immediately book an available room/property. Instead of going through a search to see available properties, then having to do a separate process with the selected available property to enter the dates AGAIN in order to begin booking.
Why can't the availability search result in a booking button to immediately book any property returned as available on their dates?
I understand about making an availability search widget.
What you DON'T have - and really should - is a widget which would allow a person to search availability - and THEN, when the available properties are shown, actually have a "BOOK" button where the person can then immediately book an available property.

Why doesn't OR provide this functionality?
Dynamic Pricing questions. Pricelabs, Beyond Pricing and others are designed to suggest price changes based on comparable occupancy. Here's my challenge. How can the suggest price change if they don't use apple-to-apple comparable info? How can you accurately suggest a rate change for a home with a private pool if you're using occupancy data that is heavily weighted with homes without a pool? The same applies to homes 300 ft to the beach when you lump it in with homes 15 blocks from the beach. Anyone else questioned this flaw? How did you overcome this challenge? Is there a product that allows you to choose a true comparable set across both VRBO and AirBnB? This would allow you to track their occupancy and rates.
Been on the list for years.....add your vote and maybe they will move it up the priority list.

me too please!
There are event-based trigger options as well, but they are currently limited. These options include booking creation/cancellation, payment, property changes, and Renter Agreement signing, currently there is not a trigger option for the SecDep being signed but this may be an option in the future.
