OwnerRez is a very robust property management system. It is easy to use and keeps everything organized. The reporting feature is extensive. The help desk is knowledgeable and fast to answer questions.

Excellent. I have used other property management platforms and they pale in comparison to Owner Rez. Switched from MyVR. I had terrible customer service with MYVR. Slow response time made servicing my customers impossible. The customer service when there is a question or issue I cannot resolve on my own. Their response time is fast and instructions to resolve an issue are easy to follow.

Ownerrez has really stepped their support. Since they only offer email support (hopefully phone support someday), timely responses are important. I have been impressed with the folks there, namely Katie and Cam. Both provide thorough answers in the forms of videos that are easy to follow so I can make whatever amendments I need to make on my end, and they also send me to links on their site that offer additional support in the area I need help.
