This software has a complete package that is very intuitive to set up and use. This is backed by great support from links with lists on how to get started, videos, specific steps to follow, email support that is very responsive.
At this point I don't have a least liked or missing feature

OwnerRez has helped me be able to offer a direct booking option for repeat guests and decreased my dependence on Airbnb. The customer service is always so helpful, timely and accurate!
The API integration with short term rental platforms was so easy to set up! I love that I can manage my channels from one place. I am not tech saavy at all and I was able to set up my property and my hosted website using the resources provided by OwnerRez.
I would like to see a scheduled email feature where I could send a specific email at a specific time. This is different from triggers.

Great automation with high level of customer service
Ease of use and communication templates.
The level of set up I've seen complaints about but I'd not that much. It's also necessary to get such a complete platform and their support is 5 stars!

Overall, I am so glad that I found them. I can't imagine not having their services at this point. Especially if you intend to grow your business.
Having one platform to manage multiple property on numerous platforms is truly genius. The folks at OR are so supportive and strive to ensure that its users are taken care of. They always respond quickly to every questions or concern that I have. Customer service is top notch!
This is a robust property management program. The only cons is the learning curve which is on the user to invest in learning. But OR ensures that it's users have the access to support articles and they are always a call or email away from assisting whenever needed. This is not a CON. But users do need to understand that with all the capabilities required to communicate with numerous platforms does require time to setup and tweak.
