We only have one property so I did the set up. I experienced prompt replies from OwnerRez onboarding and the customer service representatives when I was setting up OR. Their monthly rates are definitely compensatory based on the support that I have received. Easy to use calendar to control blocking our dates, creating quotes, pulling reports, offering travel insurance, easy set up for payment and sending email. I do not connect to OTA's as we are building a direct booking rental.
